Fern, devoted 20 years to the safety and security of the United States as a Navy SEAL, upon retiring he spent another 7 years with the CIA. 

 During his time as a SEAL instructor he taught weapons, explosives and tactics at TRADET and at the Naval Special Warfare Center, in Coronado, CA. Beyond the SEAL instructor qualification he also obtained a Master Training Specialist certification.

Cole Daunhauer is a 22-year U.S. Marine Corps veteran with extensive experience in combat arms and multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a recipient of both the Bronze Star and Purple Heart, recognizing his leadership and sacrifice in combat.

Throughout his career, Cole trained alongside some of the world’s top shooters, developing a practical, no-nonsense approach to firearms instruction.

He has served as an Infantry Unit Leader, Small Arms Weapons Instructor, Combat Marksmanship Instructor, and Primary Marksmanship Instructor. He is also an NRA Rifle and Pistol Instructor, Chief Range Safety Officer, Glock Certified Armorer, and a Kentucky Concealed Carry Instructor.

 Aaron Lane is a seasoned firearms professional with over 30 years of experience in training and competitive shooting. A former member of the United States Army, Aaron brings discipline, precision, and real-world knowledge to every class he leads. At 66 Tactical, he instructs concealed carry courses, leads weekly training sessions, and oversees competitive events—delivering a high standard of instruction built on decades of hands-on experience.
